That's not the point, whether I own a computer is irrelevant. The problem for LYC is, the ability of governments to defy the citizens' will is shrinking with the rise of social media. Maybe the LYC plant makes economic sense, maybe it is completely safe, but if the plant is against the will of the Malaysians, chances are it won't get built. Like the petrochemical plant in Ningbo:
