One matter you haven't touched on here is the way SMSL and others have apparently been able to manipulate what I had always believed to be a fairly good judicial system in Malaysia - originating, like ours, from British law. It seems that our opponents have had a good deal of sympathy in the High Courts, and especially in terms of the legal profession, because it seems that a lot of their lawyers have been donating their services? Is this related to Chinese lawyers mainly?
