if Malaysians want the rare earth plant they will be on the street asking for it. Most Malaysians probably don't care, some really don't want it. Whether it is Chinese conspiracy does not really matter either. What matters, is whether odds are with LYC. If you truly believe that the Chinese want to stop this plant from happening, then even more reason to stay far far away.
