Whether it is Chinese conspiracy does not really matter either. What matters, is whether odds are with LYC. If you truly believe that the Chinese want to stop this plant from happening, then even more reason to stay far far away. Investing is about making money, not sticking with what we think should happen in an ideal world, in an ideal world where there is no HFT, no insider trading, no political motives.
