My reading of the article does not suggest Lynas has requested an extension of the deadline. There would be no need as Kalgoorlie is on track to be on time. It does suggest Lynas would be keen to have C&L operations running at both Kal and Mal for the obvious reason: Lynas would be able to double capacity almost immediately of C&L, requiring only additional SX capacity which can be done relatively quickly and cost effectively with Lynas know how. Makes sense but will the Mal recalcitrants come to the party?
