What I notice with the Malbec also is that it's maybe the best storable red after opening that I know.
Two glasses at lunch is my limit so it goes in the fridge, unless I'm sharing it with someone, and the next day I get it out and let it warm up till lunch and it's as good as when it was opened.
A very nice red.
