malcolm $6.1m penthouse purchase

I read in The West an article dated 27/3/04 that Adultshop CEO Malcolm Day purchased a $6.1m penthouse in Perth. If this is recent then someone is feeling very confident of the future.
There has been no directors sale of shares disclosure and his salary would only just cover the stampduty before tax so where are the funds coming from.

Maybe sharebuyback, exercisng of those share options once price gets above 20c, or even dividends. Either way it shows confidence in the future.

Can it be April result is THAT GOOD. Hope so, Time will tell.
