Malcom Day is a step closer to sipping champagne from the roof of his planned $6million penthouse apartment.The adultshop.com chief executive,who bought the top-floor suite of the luxury Miami apartments complex along Bellevue Tce,West Perth,three years ago was delighted to see construction start this week.Mr Day said it`s great news -I`m really excited ,I`m looking forward to lots of Hollywood nights with plenty of champagne in the roof-spas.
