If history has anything at all to say about him, which is doubtful, it is that he achieved very little. An absolute dud by virtually every measure. If he was going to put his hand up for leadership he had to take chances and do something with it. He was totally paralyzed trying to keep the muppets on the right in line. Very disappointing.
