Agree the bottom 5% need more help
The rest of us can take care of ourselves.
In saying that the government would be better off handing billions to charities like OzHarvest, the Salvos or the Red Cross they have their ears on the ground and are in contact day in day out with the needy, with proper supervision they ll get way more value for our tax payers dollars than the government ever will.
