Hairyback, the ~63% figure is from Newspoll a couple of weeks back and refers to dissatisfaction with the performance of Tony Abbott.
Since the latest versions are printed exclusively in The Australian, to which I do not subscribe, I cannot provide a link for the very latest one. The figures below for early March, 2015 demonstrate that it was 68% at that time.
