NSW govt seems to be fighting a rear guard defence with announcements of projects that people actually want.
Kean has been very forthright with environmental projects and promoting sustainable energy developments while Perrottet has proven to be genuine and fairly balanced.
I suppose this assessment means that the feral LibCons will tear them down once they realise Perrottet is becoming more popular than Berejiklian ever was.
