I am still of the view we have no real idea how the JV is structured and yes if FAR management have been duped by the old interposed entity then ......
Will WPL take a ping at this stage (2c etc). Perhaps all this PE stuff is a diversion and maybe some discussions are going on. We may not here anything for a while and then bang.
