Hi CV most of my drinking conversations would not be described as incredible more like incoherent, come to think of it I'm like that when not drinking! I would dearly like to buying in that round Cath ect they'd be getting doubles that's for sure.
Yes when you stand back from the day to day grind and look at the leases and potential around FAR you really do have to scratch your head at our sp. IMO DB
