Do we Think we will drift lower than the 8.5c?
By my calcs 705M more shares being issued if it is intact the $60M which Malcy says and a lot of new money coming in it can be looked at in two ways.

1- These guys have money and aren't buying in to lose money so we shouldn't drift much lower than the raise price and may in fact rise with the market seeing it as some clarity going forward and no more CRs needed for a long time.

2- The other one is we are looking at a 20+\- % dilution to our holdings and it will be reflected in the SP meaning a drop down into the 7s?

Somebody hasn't gotten the right information either bullant or Malcy,
You would expect Malcy has it right?
No need for the sensationalist replies about shareholders not getting a chance to participate, every time this has happened AFAIK they were available cheaper on market following the raising, but I'm fairly sure most won't do that. Keep it on topic.
