FAR could have a backer that may want to match the BP offer for CNE's 30%, it's not impossible.
CNOOC could jump on the back of a PE by FAR or even a direct offer by FAR after all we have a zone of cooperation in place and WPL could not intervene as they haven't got JV status.
FAR could then sell their 15% of SNE to CNOOC to sweeten the deal if they acquire COPs 35% through PE.
Either way FAR would be all cashed up to get to production on the SNE and / or the A2 &A5 blocks.
