The Chinese wants the lot, if they are wanting to spend $9 trillions over the next 5 years in 60 different countries according to the recent World Economic Forum, Senegal is definitely on the list.
Cnooc is lurking behind FAR , the Chinese are good at keeping a poker face and wants in for the lot.
May be the reason BP/CNE sale is stalling.
