I agree 100%!!
This had to be brought to a head.
It is all well and good for things to proceed in the JV (if you know you own your %) but it would not be as palatable proceeding as per normal if you didn't actually own your %.
So I would much rather be in FARs shoes than WPL's shoes!!
No wonder the WPL Pom Pom brigade are sounding so worried!!
