To be able to write a cheque they have to have done a deal with someone. A "partner". Someone who they have done a deal with. That deal ensuring that FAR can write the cheque. Perhaps WPL itself. I hope that the deal involves a T/O of FAR after the PE.
I know that there are lots of permutations and combinations but it is not that hard.
Far will not be laying it's cards on the table and atm the SP is not that important.
The SP and Volume are only indicators of whether or not a deal is being done. These things always leak.
I am praying that they are hatching a plan with a "partner", a plan so cunning that you could pin a tail on it and call it a weasel.

The fact they don't seem to be trying very hard to create a bit of buzz around the whole thing suggests to me that a deal has already been done.
Where is the PR?
Where are the house brokers?
Where are the leaks?
Where are the rumours?
