I’m not sure why so many people are wasting ink on this rubbish about funding. No one (with no debt) goes broke because they own an acre on Pitt street that hasn’t been developed yet. Sure rental revenue is zero, but every bank in the world is happy to get behind them. That’s where FAR is now... and it appears to have Council approval for a massive skyscraper.
I’m not sure why so many people are wasting ink on this rubbish...
