We need you to post up abit of David Bowie to back up Frank Sinatra, my computer skills are a joke.
Just to put everyone in the mood suggest "Ground control to major Tom" or "rocket man" would be appropriate.

If WPL or COP were to offer a settlement or a TO offer at the moment it would seriously indicate FAR had been wronged and would blow COP's arbitration defence out of the park.
When arbitration confirms FAR have a case worthy of consideration for possible damages, that's when COP and or WPL will make their move and that point could be closer than we think.
Wouldn't mind betting that they already have these contingency plans at the ready, starting with the preliminaries, a cap on FAR's SP with accumulation, a serious negative and misinformation campaign and the delay in the increase in reserves announcement could also be part of the process that will prime FAR for the knock out blow.
CNE's role in all this is also under a cloud, silence, innuendo and not being very helpful to FAR means the jury is still out on that one.
Many indicate FAR is undervalued something has to give soon.
