D3008, they may offer 30c share or just offer $1b for the company(pretty much same thing)
or consolidation 10:1 would be $3.00 share or $1b for the company.
I think most take offers are usually offered per share, and a couple I have seen some time back...were 80% premium to the SP which would only be .135 at this stage.
So we need something to start that SP moving, because there will always be someone happy for an 80% profit at these levels. As Tony has pointed out, we will need counter bids and counter bids to increase
our SP. Hopefully the news will flow to for that additional boost.
But I still don't feel it is that easy for a takeover when we still have 2 majority partners. Interesting months ahead and quite possibly all 4 of us partners may not even be there at the end of 2016.
