It was me that suggested it on the basis that the SP was being held down but not by shorters so prophesied that it was an entity that was planning on taking up to a 19.9% SH at say 12-15cents, this would raise round $80m for further appraisal then immediately consolidate say 10 or 12 to 1, this plan IMO would provide the JV time to prove on the upside and get us a lot closer to 1.5-2bboo unrisked, this would definately stick a $ in front of the SP IMO
