H yes simply to get the number of shares down to a reasonable level also allow the funds etc to become holders ...... initially I put this forward as my reasoning for the obvious capping of the SP as IMO it does not appear to be shorters, shorters need the SP to rise so they can either close out their positions or sell it down again, neither of these seem to be happening so I question why and for what reason.

One of the more obvious reasons could be that management, fearing a low TO which I think a lot of posters have indicated they will accept, are trying to get a 'white knight' to issue roughly a 19% slake to at a level that both parties are happy with, this would give FAR more time plus the finance to realise somewhere near the true value of what we have got, just an though that formed as I was puzzling why the SP is being capped.
