There is so much criticism about Malcy's report being vague or negative... But I believe Malcy knows a lot more than what meets the eye... he probably even knows how this will play out...
In order to protect confidentiality and reporting obligations, he might have mentioned the likely outcome as one of the options available... rather than a specific outcome...
Who knows whether its PE with a backer or Kingmaker... will find out soon...
