Malcy - Writing it now, page-30

I doubt Management know how this plays out let alone Malcy...I have no problem with Malcy but there is very little point in Malcy , a blogger, being told anything if he can't say it...there is a snowballs chance in hell of Malcy being given material information from FAR it would not only be a pointless exercise it also brings into play insider trading which is a very serious offence and totally unnecessary from FAR 's perspective..Malcy by the way has said as much himself in previous posts..

Now of course there are several parties , including lawyers, advisor's Etc who by necessity will know at least part of whats going on and there is always a chance of a leak but in the end the full story won't be know untill something is actually signed off so is speculation up to that point...
