I am amazed at how quickly sentiment turns on the stock. One minute the sky is the limit, the next, the sky is falling. I would suggest that the Senegalese government will have a major impact on anything that happens regarding PE. Blaming management, Malcy, or anyone else for that matter is somewhat pointless when the real power lies with the government.
Clearly a lot more is occurring behind the scenes and I doubt this forum will influence the decision making process given the enormity of the potential impact this will have on the country of Senegal.
