Bahaaha! A placement at $1.0425... maybe that's why he thought it was a 'modest' dilution, only 24x the actual price of the placement.
If a 54% increase in the shares on issue is 'modest', I'd like to know what he thinks is significant dilution.
No idea who this guy is, but based on that article, I'd say he has zero credibility.
