MALCY Won't know what CNE are planning nor who FAR are talking with or the outcome...he hears rumours in the industry as he has contacts there and the last rumour he refered to was that TOTAL had made an offer to COP, we will never know if it was a fact but regardless it didn't succeed ...he won't be privy to Material information but like many here talks to Management to get a feel for things....
You don't need MALCY to tell you something will be going on behind the scenes , its obvious and at sometime in the future we will know if there is a result.....
