Nobody is under any illusion that money has the loudest voice. This goes for all of us here on HC. Still think, it may be the way this pans out, except.......if Malcy is right and DOC is declared in this month.
I am struggling with this however. (DOC) We had a knowledgeable poster here some time back explaining that DOC involves a lot more than just declaring the find commercial. It requires a work program, approved by the Government as well as financial declarations re Capex and future. Seemed quite involved at the time. Remember also Ya's post this morning re DOC. Maybe somebody can enlighten us here.
Malcy may simply have referred to the comment FAR is going to make about commerciality.
