I don't think there is any FOMO because no-one is sure if they will be missing out. No guarantee FAR will be able to PE and if they don't there is a big risk that the SP will drop, probably in the short term. Which is silly because they will have exactly what they had before the WPL deal. But that just seems to be the way it works.
So I think people are just waiting to see. If good news is announced then we might see a surge in buying, although with FAR that's not guaranteed.
