I will be shot down for down ramping, but I really believe that neither FAR nor CNE will do a damn thing, WPL will walk in at $2.20 and no deal will be made, so we will just have to fund the next wells as per usual.

From FARs point of view, what is the point of upsetting WPL by pre-empting? If I was WPL, I would just turn and walk away. That makes it harder for FAR and CNE to sell it later (based on the price of oil and what companies ACTUALLY want a piece of the action) and they have blown the opportunity to have a real producer on board at an early stage.

Lets face it, we are not being bombarded with offers, or if we are, they are lower than $2.20! The shorters keep shorting and they are criminals in the know. The sp is going backward again today, so I am in the state of mind that things will just progress as stated. No deals, no extra %age, no free carry, just welcome and lets get to work.
