You can only conclude someone is suppressing the SP for their own nefarious reasons.
It is akin to someone holding a giant beach ball underwater.
Shorts should be shitting themselves.
A short covering rally should see us enter a virtuous cycle where ever higher prices sees shorts needing to cover until they give up or go broke.
