So Malcy also is suggesting that the gov approval of the "amicable mediation" is taking time it seems.... I think it will be good for FAR and holders if they have arrived at amicable agreement that eliminates the need to CR.
You have to forgive Sen Govt for delays given the Gambia crisis. Should move quicker from here IMO.
