Yes H but FAR and CNE have both stated that the appraisal programme was designed to prove up commerciality.
The question is have they done this?
My initial answer is no because we have had no interference testing, remember this was one of CN 3 things we needed for DOC.
If connectivity is one of the three criteria and it has not been done then how can they make any statement on commerciality?? DB
