From The FAR ASX release: Drilling is expected to resume in H2 2016.
From the Cairn release: We see clear potential to access additional cost savings from the current lower operating environment in respect of planned future activity.
My take is that they think they can get a cheaper rig. Don't forget the Athena was on an old COP contract with a special deal from COP to account for the current market. Hopefully we will get back to drilling in the next few months.
