I will be most happy to be proven wrong. I really hope that the Senegal gov't is a fair mob and wants to see justice prevail rather than going for the easy way out, after all, they have the final say, even down to nationalising assets. Seeing that they have the final say, and they can see right from wrong, why not just tell COP that though and save all the hassle with going to arbitration?

I really hope I am proven wrong.
