The A.R, confirms for me that the original COP / WPL " deal " is dead because now ".....multiple parties.....incl.Senegal Govt......involved "
I believe the argument now is over the value of & sharing of the spoils .
1. Value of the original deal tht included intangibles ?
2. Is this original " deal " value still relevant ?
3. FAR & backer (Total ? ) claim whole 35 % ?
4. Other partners now want in ,whether or not they contested original deal in time.
5. COP say original deal dead ? OK so now changed mind - don't want to sell.
6. WPL now mere spectator.
Shoot that lot down .
