And the other thing that Malcy disregards is the fact that the drill bit is turning and WPL are a JV partner for all intents and purposes...regardless of any arbitration.
In other words arbitration between COP and FAR does not slow down the development because WPL are indemnified of all costs...(whether it is on COPs books or not).
Senegal does not see their primary oil field development slowed down one iota.
