Portech The decline is at about 720 metres and is running ahead of schedule.Work is now running 24/7 which in itself tells us something. The major works at the holding dam are just about completed and I notice that the treatment plant has a fair bit of activity around it. Potential ore recovery is still guess work but people who know something of the reefs suggest 50,000 ozs is a reasonable guestimate on the basis of what is known. Others think that new rich veins will be discovered....the gold is there ...they just have to get it out of the nuggety rock.
