Australians are widely known as some of the World's BEST citizens, are we not? We are the most multicultural open society on the planet...But with our geographical neighbour Indonesia, it's on tenterhooks ALL THE TIME.

I think the rationalised solution is to deduct $500,000 out of it for every boat person they send us.
