It was never an issue in the first place. The govt needs money full stop and would want BGS to produce asap. So much noise about Randgold tax and WW it's becoming ridiculous.
We have a resource that is going to be one of the best in the world. The Chinese don't stop for no one. They see something they like and they will get it and they don't mind splashing out the big bucks.
They like Olympic medals - they splash the moola - they get the medals. Simple.
