Whatever the cost, and it won't be trivial, I'm sure this money could be better utilised by allocating it to the project technical teams. There can never be too much cash for testwork/engineering - never. I agree with athena - complete waste of money. A name change will have zero impact on SP. Seems to me focus is being lost. It also indicates (to me at least) that gold is dead. I expect announcements confirming this throughout 2019.
