the law firm that advised BTA re GSK was called something like Goldman Legal. At one point they merged into Maurice Blackburn, but now look as though they have spun out again.
You can be very confident that BTA was a massive money spinner for a very small firm, and i have heard - anecdotally - that it was BTA cash that saw Bruce Goldman buy his first Rolls Royce.
BTA was Goldman's foundation client for his new firm after he left Deacons - now Norton Rose Australia.
I wonder whether everyone posting on this board drives a Rolls Royce?
