Mallinckrodt sells Intrathecal Therapy business in $203 million deal

Mallinckrodt president and CEO, said the deal is part of the company's effort to transform its portfolio by divesting non-core businesses and growing its platforms in autoimmune and rare diseases and hospital therapies.
