BANKS sell CNP debt to hedge funds and write it off.
Who runs most hedge funds ? BANKS
Therefore BANKS sell CNP debt to their own hedge funds.
Hedge funds wipe out CNP so nObody can get sued.
They could at least include CNP SHAREHOLDERS and give them shares in the new merged fund not exclude them.
Where is ASIC now to protect CNP SHAREHOLDERS
Doesn't the debt restructure have to pass some legalaties
like other company deals ?
Somebody that knows more about this stuff if they feel ripped off should check some facts with ASIC and get the full story to CNP SHAREHOLDERS.
