Therefore, one must logically conclude they intend to continually harvest the share holders for capital to fund all these off shore ventures. That being the case, you have to ask yourself how long do they think they can milk gullible share holders. I guess they are hoping a certain percentage of newbees will always fork out where others fear to tread. Frankly, l am done. All the promises and talk but nothing delivered.
