PRINCIPLE 8: REMUNERATE FAIRLY AND RESPONSIBLYA listed entity should pay director remuneration sufficient to attract and retain high quality directors and designits executive remuneration to attract, retain and motivate high quality senior executives and to align their interestswith the creation of value for security holders.
One would think with the increase, we'd now have high quality directors creating value for holders.
The Company's Practice:The Board considers that due to the current size of the Company and its operations, it does not merit theestablishment of a separate remuneration committee. Until the situation changes the Board of MGCPharmaceuticals will carry out any necessary remuneration committee functions.
Will a 2nd strike be a changed situation?... not sure we can wait that long.
