Yes, goodA very good post and question. Given the wildly optimistic history of co Anns here it may pay to (try) establish the accuracy of their timelines.
Various Maltese bodies and agencies are cited in these Anns to whom some enquires might be able confirm or otherwise that what MXC asserts are actually true/realistic.
Also I would seek clarification from the co on the nature of the material progress claimed in their Oct ann. Very hard now to take these Anns at face value. GLTA.
