martie - you are 100% accurate. I was the financial Controller on a very large mine belonging to one of the worlds top miners in Africa and this is very much par for the course and part of doing business in 3 world countries. I have been involved in situations far worse than this on a regular basis and it would be ridiculous to report on each and every disturbance unless it had a major financial impact. As a RED shareholder we can expect these types of situations as ongoing just as much as there will also be adverse weather conditions in the future.
